Mike Agee has 25 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. He has helped develop and sell over 2,000 new homes and lots in the East County area. Mike is involved every step of the way, working with developers of land through approval phases with the City, to the completion of the subdivision. Mike then handles the sales of the finished lots to builders which in turn leads to the marketing and sales of the homes constructed by the builders.
The past 15 years our focus has been on creating and handling the accounts of Builders & Developers and managing their inventories as well as strategic planning in the pricing and marketing of full subdivisions.
